The event, a benchmark for winter sports fans, will take place from November 8 to 10 at the El Sucre Exhibition Center in the capital of Osona.
For three days, interested people who visit the stands of the six resorts will be able to enjoy promotional prices on products from the six FGC Turisme resorts and many activities.
For the first time, the six ski and mountain stations of Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya (FGC) will be present at the Vic Mountain Fair, since usually only those in the Girona Pyrenees were there. The event will be held tomorrow and at the weekend at the El Sucre Exhibition Center in the capital of Osona. In addition, tomorrow FGC will present there the offer of activities and services for the next winter season 2024-2025, as well as the new developments in such important topics as sustainability.
For three days, people visiting the Ferrocarrils stands will be able to take advantage of exclusive products and discounts. With these promotions, FGC brings snow and winter sports closer to everyone, while offering more affordable and attractive prices that invite users to purchase their season or day pass. In this sense, then, the six tourist facilities reaffirm their commitment as a public service to boost tourism in the Catalan Pyrenees.
Promotional products
Each of the FGC tourist facilities (La Molina, Vall de Núria, Vallter, Espot Esquí, Port Ainé and Boí Taüll) will have its own stand where visitors can find out about the products that are currently being promoted through the store in line of each mountain station and which are the following:
The Vallter, Vall de Núria and Boí Taüll stations will also offer special promotions.
All in all, a unique opportunity to plan snow getaways with extra savings
Immersive experiences
In addition, at the FGC Turisme stand, visitors will be able to experience the thrill of skiing without snow with two immersive experiences for all audiences.
The 360º Virtual Reality skiing experience will allow you to immerse yourself in a descent with virtual reality glasses, feeling the speed and adrenaline of skiing down an Espot Esquí slope with a great sense of authenticity.
On the other hand, the 360º Ski Experience Simulator will offer the possibility of testing everyone's skills in a ski simulator, where they can experience the sensation of gliding through the snow in an immersive and fun way.
Two innovative proposals to bring skiing closer to all audiences with a multi-sensory and exciting format.
New for the 2024-2025 winter season
The FGC Turisme stand at the Vic Fair will be a meeting point for snow and mountain fans. In addition to purchasing passes with exclusive promotions, visitors will be able to find out about all the news of the season at the six resorts, discover the variety of activities and experiences available and resolve doubts about accommodation, services and transport.
With this initiative, FGC Tourism wants to bring skiing and the mountains closer to all audiences and promote its resorts as ideal destinations to enjoy the winter season.
