The mountain resort of Vall de Núria is situated in Queralbs, in the Eastern Pyrenees.
Visitors can reach the resort by driving or taking a train to Ribes de Freser. From there, they must use the unique Rack Railway to access Vall de Núria.

You can take a train to the Ribes-Enllaç train station (RENFE), and from there, you can take the rack railway to reach the resort.
You can buy your ticket for the rack railway, ski pass or packs including both from the Vall de Núria online shop where you can also reserve your rack railway departure and return times.
Once you have made your online reservation, you can go straight to the rack railway platform to catch your train, but you will need to collect you pre-reserved ski passes from one of the collection machines at the resort.
Consult the timetable for the rack railway. Buy your tickets in advance to guarantee a space on the train.
Yes. You can purchase a rack railway ticket + ski pass or beginner’s ski pass. A rack railway ticket + beginner’s ski pass costs € 25.00 for adults and € 18.50 for children (aged 4-13). The beginner ski pass is valid for the Eina, Finestrelles and Roc Malé pistes.
The half-day ski pass can be purchased at the resort’s ticket office from 1 p.m onwards.
The season pass can be purchased from the Vall de Núria online shop and collected at the Ribes-Enllaç station.

You can park motorhomes in the car park at Queralbs station to catch the rack railway, but overnight stays are not allowed.

Yes. The official card issued by the Generalitat de Catalunya confirming your status as a member of a large or single-parent family must be shown when purchasing your ticket or pass. Those with a general large-family card (3 or more children) are entitled to a 20% discount. Those with a special large-family card (5 or more children) are entitled to a 50% discount.
This season, in order to safely manage the capacity of the Leisure Park, pre-bookable rack railway + Leisure Park tickets are not available. Please purchase your tickets at the Leisure Park itself.

Yes. Vehicles can be parked at the Ribes-Enllaç, Ribes-Vila and Queralbs rack railway stations. Please note: vehicles are not accessible from the ski slopes in Vall de Núria. You must return on the rack railway to reach them.

The free use of the so-called Ski-Bike or Snow-Bike devices is not allowed on the slopes of the mountain resorts managed by FGC. Except when its use is directly related to people with reduced mobility. Section 14 of the FGC ski resort regulations for use and ski passes is applicable.
