On September 15, Vall de Núria hosts the Olla de Núria, which consists of three races. what is yours

Classic Olla 

Route and profile of the race distance: 24km

Elevation: 2130m positive + 2130m negative

Controls and closing time
Semi-self-sufficient race* (there is only refreshments at C3 and the arrival). Any of the participants has 6 hours to complete the entire route with the following roadblocks:

• DEPARTURE: 8:50am Núria
• C1: Pic Puigmal closing 10:35am (mandatory).
• C2: Coll de Finestreslles
• C3: Núria. Closing 12:00h. SUPPLY
• C4: Coll de Noufonts. Closing 1:10 p.m
• C5: Black Fountain Peak. Arrival: Esplanada de Núria - closing at 2.50pm.

*External refreshments are allowed at the official controls of the race.

Junior Olla

With a 12.5 kilometer route, the Olla Junior ascends the Puigmal, at 2913 meters, following the same route as the Classic Olla, to finish descending vertiginously from the Pic del Segre, 2809m, all the way through the Coll de Finestrelles. The cumulative difference in level is therefore very high due to the distance covered and this factor added to the actual height at which the race takes place, make it really demanding and an excellent test for the power and speed typical of these ages.

The Olla Júnior has, as a whole, the same technical difficulty, maximum height and greater proportional gradient than the Classic Olla, but it voluntarily avoids the excessive repetition and the wear and tear of the joints and tissues that at a height of 2700, Extra 8kms make it more noticeable in young athletes still growing.

Olletes

To prepare a good pot, there is no way to be a olletes-taster. After the success of the previous editions, this year comes another stronger, more powerful, more exciting edition. An Olleta that offers the little ones the possibility of running their own mountain race adapted to their possibilities. This year there will be 150 boys and girls who will be able to achieve the challenge of finishing the Olleta.

The Olleta is aimed at all children and young people, from 4 to 15 years old, who want to overcome the challenge of running through the Vall de Núria. A privileged environment, and at a height, and of spectacular beauty.
